He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Lowell and Myrtle Lowell (Clodgon); and his siblings, Rod Lowell and Pat Lowell. He is survived by: his daughter Kris Lowell of Rochester, NY; and his close friend Nancy Berlind of Dover. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
