He is survived by: his parent Florence Nugent (Kelly); his wife Laurea Nugent (Cardin-Welch) of Dover, NH; his daughters, Claire Nugent and Patricia Palmer; his stepdaughters, Deborah Merrill and Patricia Williams (Joseph); and his grandchildren, Thomas Nugent, Adam Mansfield, Kyle Williams and Jennifer McLauren.
