He is survived by: his parents, Michael Lentino Bane of Dover and Robben Lee Bane (Stice) of Summerville, SC; his sisters, Adaire Nichelle Bane of Denver, CO and Kelly Morrill of Lakewood, CO; his aunts and uncles, Amelia Lentino-Bane, Maria Bane-Jacobs, Linda Stice-Hildebrandt, Marsha Stice, Richard Thomas Bane and Donald Hildebrandt; and his cousins, Carmyn Chapman, Gabrielle Chapman, Tessa Chapman, Victoria Stice-Hildebrandt, Brody Stice-Hildebrandt, Adam Labrie and Tyler Signer.
