With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sheila Libby (Dover, New Hampshire), born in Haverhill, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 11, 2018 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Joseph Arsenault and Kathryn Arsenault (Fitzgerald); her husband Richard; and her children, Stephen Libby (Karen) of Strafford, Patricia Libby of Strafford, John Libby (Kristen) of Bow, William Libby (Dawn) of Rochester and Edward Libby (Jennifer) of Rochester. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, two sisters her twin-sister Maureen Minion of Rochester, Geraldine Rajotte of Englewood, FL, and nieces and nephews.
