With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Howard of Dover, New Hampshire, born in Trosper, Kentucky, who passed away on November 19, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Howard and Anna Howard (Shaheen); his wife Phyllis M. Howard (Stackpole); his children, Anthony James Howard, Jason John Howard, Ann Ethel Howard-Burke, Joachim Henry Howard, Margaret Raylene Howard, Andrew Paul Howard, Katie Maureen Howard and Amanda Mary Howard; his children-in-law, Tina Howard (Roy), Kevin Burke, Lisa Howard (Clark), Dennis Hilton and Kathy Howard (Noone); his siblings, Alice Fletcher (Howard), Beverly LePage and Roland; and his sister-in-law Joanie Howard. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
