He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Libby and Luella Libby (Knowles); and his wife Sheila Arsenault. He is survived by: his close friend Ann Judd; his children, Stephen Libby of Strafford, Patricia Libby of Strafford, John Libby of Bow, William Libby of Rochester and Edward Libby of Rochester; and his siblings, Warren Libby of Gonic, Mary Barney of Rochester and Fern Pope of Killingworth, CT.
