He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Phillips and Rose Cincotta Jacques Phillips; his sister Claire A. Fogarty; his grandsons, Branden and Brady Baumgardner; his mother-in-law Dotty Dowe; and his siblings-in-law, James Dowe, Sonia Dowe, Carol Dowe and Alynne Jacques.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Jacques; his daughters, Jennifer Auger (Steve) and Suzanne Baumgardner (Jeffrey); his grandchildren, Brittney Nicole Baumgardner, Brett Jacques Baumgardner (Taylor Kuroski), Ryan Andrew Auger (Jessica) and Hannah Rose Auger (Adam Seckendorf); his great grandchildren, Audrey Grace Seckendorf and Ricky Lee Auger; and his brother Robert G. Jacques (Melody) of Henderson, NV. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
