He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kozlowski and Bessie Kozlowski (Drew); and his sister Dorothy Sanborn. He is survived by: his wife Mary Susan Kozlowski (Dooley); his son Bret Kozlowski (Christine); his siblings, Edward Kozlowski and Elizabeth Delio (John); and his grandchildren, Preston, Abigail and Cowen An.
