With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Raymond James Howard of Dover, New Hampshire, born in Plaistow, New Hampshire, who passed away on July 24, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Donald Howard and Josephine Howard (Kline); and his wife Lucille Howard. He is survived by: his children, Raymond Howard, Jr. (Nancy Irwin), Cheryl Rudy (Suzanne Howard) and Yvonne Blinn (Rosanne Seiler); and his brother Richard Howard. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
