He is survived by: his wife Margaret E. Mac Neil (Grace); his children, Leonard G. Mac Neil (Sandra), Douglas Mac Neil, Pauline Mac Neil and Michele Mac Neil-Grassi (Jon); his siblings, Wilfred Mac Neil (Claudette), James Mac Neil (Rita), Bernadette C. Doe (Ken) and Ann M. Picard (Willis); his grandchildren, Sheri, Robert, Scott (Katie), Nikeisha and Jessica; and his great grandchild Lucas.
