He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ovid and Pauline (DiCicco); his son David Taylor of Ashland; his close friend Gina Dy of Rochester; his siblings, Roger "Joe" Taylor (Mary Beth) of Rochester and Mary Nehls (Bill) of California; and his son Robert E. Skipper, IV. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
