He was predeceased by: his parents, Ovide Allard and Marie Allard (Croteau); his son Norman Allard Jr.; his great grandchild Alexander LeClerc; and his siblings, Roger, Vi Dube, Rose Ackerman, Lou Abel and Shirley Ross.
He is survived by: his wife Irene Bertha Allard (Plante); his children, Gail Masse (Larry), Garry Allard (Barbara), Michael Allard, Lydia Toland, Dianne Paul, Annette Plaisted (Michael), TimothyAllard (Marcella) and Lisa Crossman (Michael); his siblings, Edmund Allard, Robert Allard, Richard Allard, Raymond Allard and Linda Coates; and also Patsy Allard. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-granddaughter, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
