She was predeceased by: her parent Richard Bowe; and her siblings, Brenda, Ellen, Dick and Bill.
She is survived by: her parent Norma Bowe (Skene); her husband Thomas M. Willard of Dover, NH; her sister Cari Bowe of Anderson, CA; her nephew Rick Bowe (Brenda) of Southwick, MA; her grandchildren, Andria (Paul), Nate, Morgan (Chelsea) and Grant; her great grandchildren, Avery and Kaya; her sister Grammy; her aunt Nonie; and also, Gramma and Honey. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
