He is survived by: his friend Neil; his sister Susan (Jerry Zoller); and his children, Stephen Preston Kirkpatrick, Patricia Lynn Duffy (Kirkpatrick) and Matthew David Kirkpatrick. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and cousins.
