She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Benjamin Watters and Helen Harper Bennett. She is survived by: her brothers, Ben, Steve (Anne) and David (Janice Alberghene) of Dover; and her friend Hannah Boulton (Joyce Cherry). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and grandnieces.
