He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Francis Smith Sr. and Helen Catherine Smith (Sherry). He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Marie Chasse; and his great grandchild Cooper Douglas Stanley. He is also survived by his four daughters and his son.
