He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Ann (Foote) and James Boothby; his stepmother Sharkée Boothby; and his sister Daphne Knox. He is survived by: his wife Louise Anne Boothby (Cotter); his children, Caitlin Tilton (Rob) of Englewood, FL, Jeffrey Boothby of Greensboro, NC, Rebecca Pike (Zack) of Greenland, NH and Cynthia Cincotti (Daniele) of Greensboro, NC; his granddaughters, Emma, Grace and Madelyn; and his brothers, Jim and Edward. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
