He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Susan C. Philbrick (Rick) and Grady M. Couch; and his siblings, Joshua Couch (Dzel), Jackie Douglas (Brendan), George Philbrick (Amy), Mike Couch and Chris Couch (Kelly). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made St. Jude's Hospital.
