He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Panagiotis Rallis and Nikolitsa Rallis (Nikita); his wife Ekaterina Rallis (Tsaltas) of Dover, NH; his children, Nikoletta Tarkan (Joshua) of Newburyport, MA and Pete Rallis (Roula) of Greenland, NH.; his grandchildren, Noah, Leah, Naomi Tarkan, Sabrina and Calista Rallis; and his siblings, Theodore Rallis of Soulinari, Voula Xydias of Dover, NH and Vasiliki Rallis of Igoumenitsa, Greece..
