He is survived by: his wife Nancy Surina of Dover; his children, Jeffrey Surina (Stacey) of Virginia, Ryan Melnick of Dover, Matthew Surina (Jen) of Dover, Andrew Surina of Newmarket and Quintin Surina of Dover; and his grandchildren, Hannah, Ayla, Leah, Alanna, Emma, Alyss, Radik and Marek.
