He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Chamberlin and Betty Jane Chamberlin; and his brother Skip. He is survived by: his wife Susan (Doug); his children, Eric (Meredith) and Debra (Scott Gurley); and his grandchildren, Lucy, Natalie Chamberlin, Micah, Hannah and Matthew Gurley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
