He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Banks and Blanche Banks (West); his wife Doris (Koenig Moulton); his daughter Sandra O'Leary; and his grandson James Banks.
He is survived by: his children, Donald B. Banks, Jr. (Gail) of Dracut, MA, Brenda Land (Howard) of Trinity, TX and Ronald Banks (June) of Mesa, AZ; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Banks, Seth Banks of Tacoma, WA, Tom Boland of Marblehead, MA, Amanda Boland of Dallas, TX and Scott Banks of Mesa, AZ.
