He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth J. Mudge and Everett S. Mudge; and his brother Lee C. Mudge. He is survived by: his sons, Mark and Jay; his sisters, June, Carol and Diane; and his granddaughter Mya. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
