He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Sofia Zavas (Dakoutros); his children, Nicholas Zavas (Joyce) of Conway, Helen Zavas Munroe of Windham, NH, George Zavas (June) of Wolfeboro, NH and Peter Zavas (Stephanie) of Ossipee, NH.; his grandchildren, Sofia, Stephanie, Martha Zavas, Christopher, Alexa, Olivia Munroe, Christina, June Zavas, Christos, Eva and Lydia Zavas; his great grandchild Paul Duguay; his siblings, Spiros Zavas and Eleni; his parents, George Ziavas and Efthalia Ziavas (Gydani); and his friend Sofia.
