She was predeceased by: her son Mark Blanchette; and her brother Leo Gerard Guilmet. She is survived by: her parents, Leo Guilmet and Antoinette Guilmet (Beaudry); her husband Normand Blanchette of North Berwick; and her daughters, Norma Pettegrow (George) of Biddeford and Nancy Chastain (Bill) of Aiken, S. C. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
