It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Robert Tobin of Dover, New Hampshire, born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 13, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Tobin and Signe Tobin. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Tobin; his daughter Heather Porter (Rod Silverwood) of Greensboro, N. C.; his grandchildren, Michael Porter, Jr., Ryan Tobin and John Tobin; his sisters, Margaret Singer (Carl) of Greencastle, IN and Patricia Tobin of Greencastle, IN; and his brother-in-law Michael Luczko. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
