He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Hoffman (Richard) of Dover, NH; his children, Steven Hoffman (Patricia) of East Brunswick, NJ, Dawn Zahn (Raymond) of Milton, NH and Matthew Hoffman (Jennifer) of Dover, NH; his grandchildren, Brian, Kathleen, Jennifer, Ryan, Emily, Amy, Amya and Matthew, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Ayden and Ryleigh; and his sister-in-law Jeanine Richard of Rochester.
