He was predeceased by: his father Arthur J. Hawxhurst. He is survived by: his mother Paula Fournier (Hawxhurst); his stepfather Stephen Fournier of Kingston, NH; and his siblings, Jennifer A. Hawxhurst of Bellaire, FL, Susan A. Fournier of Derry, NH and Edward J. Fournier of Dover, NH. He is also survived by one aunt and several uncles and cousins.
The family requests that memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN.
