He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. C. Milne Sr. and Marjorie Milne (Eddy) of Stratford, CT.. He is survived by: his daughters, Tara Lank (Richard Lank) of Concord, NH, Toni DeGennaro of Bedford, NH and Jodie Antoine of Manchester, NH.; his grandchildren, Kinsey Brassaw, Christopher Antoine, Holly Antoine, Abbie DeGennaro and Dante DeGennaro; and his brother Richard Milne. He is also survived by his family and friends.
