He was predeceased by: his siblings, Robert, Charles, Thomas McCarthy and Geraldine MacDonald. He is survived by: his sister Anna McCarthy (Sweeney); his wife Mary McCarthy (Dansereau) of Derry, NH; his children, Mary (Raymond Hoegen) of Derry, NH, Brenda (Shawn Gile) of Allenstown, NH, William D. McCarthy of Derry, NH and Michelle (Barry Leriche) of Derry, NH.; his siblings, Eugene of Dorchester, MA, James of Dorchester, MA, John of Epsom, NH, Richard of Plainville, MA, Patricia Larkin of Quincy, MA, Joanne, Kathleen Stout of Derry, NH and Maureen Cray of Quincy, MA.; his grandchildren, Catherine, Shawna, Christopher Gile, Madison, Caleb McCarthy, Alycia and Evan Leriche; and his great grandchild Maeve Barber.
