He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Otto and Rita Otto (Shea). He is survived by: his significant other Joan McKay of Derry; his significant other's children, Kimberly O'Brien (Walter) and John J. McKay (Rhianna); his brother Thomas Otto (Marjorie); his siblings-in-law, Karen, George Banakos, Julie, Bob Jette, Paula and Jim Kitses; and also, Haley, Aiden O'Brien, Lillianna and John McKay. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
