He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Oliver and Mary Oliver (Grimes); his children, Robert Oliver, Kristin Oliver and Jennifer Oliver; and his siblings, Dave Oliver, George Oliver, Steve Oliver and Mary McIlvain. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
