He was predeceased by: his father Raymond L. Smith. He is survived by: his mother Kelley Rae Smith; his daughter Danielle Frothingham (Michael) of Sanbornville, NH; his grandson Everett Frothingham of Sanbornville; his sister Laurae Richards (Howard) of Westford, MA; his significant other Carole Meisel; and also Kelley Rae Smith of Litchfield, NH. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
