Valerie M. Cooper Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Valerie M. Cooper (Derry, New Hampshire), born in Milton, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 21, 2018 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent John Long; and her sister Gervaise Haley. She is survived by: her husband John R. Cooper of Derry, NH; her children, Mark Cooper of Derry, NH and Erin Smith of Salem, NH; her siblings, William Long of Irvine, CA, Francis Long of West Newbury, MA, Robert Long of Norwell, MA, Susanne McInerney of Weston, MA, Mary-Jeanne Kuehn of Tustin, CA, Madelynne Mahoney of Bridgewater, MA, Jacquelynne Starrak of Naples and Virginia Martins of Southborough, MA; her grandchildren, Kristopher Kyriakides, Ashley Cooper, Mandi Cooper, Corrie Smith and Andy Smith; and her parent Gervaise Long (Kelley). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
