He is survived by: his parents, Guy H. Kitchen and Robin Usselman (Slucher); his children, Skylar Joseph Kitchen, II, Gavin Michael Kitchen and Lileana Mae Kitchen; his siblings, Shayne Scott Kitchen and Shaylei Aleece Kitchen; and his grandmother Geneva Dubois. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and extended family.

Due to State of NH guidelines, all guests are required to wear masks, minimize contact and maintain social distancing.
