Philip H. Levine Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 20, 2021, Philip H. Levine of Derry, New Hampshire, born in Boston, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Levine and Barbara Levine; his aunt Charlotte Zach; and his siblings, Bruce Levine and Michelle Buntting.

He is survived by: his uncle Mike; his wife Denise Clark-Levine; his stepchildren, Stacey Beliveau (Matthew) and Brian Edwards (Christine O'Neill); his granddaughters, Madison and Alexandra Beliveau; and his sisters, Debra Sue Levine-DaDabo and Marjorie Levine. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
