Karen R. Brown Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Karen R. Brown of Derry, New Hampshire, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 11, 2024 at the age of 103. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Karen departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Karen. Though Karen may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Rasmussen and Anna Rasmussen (Johansen); her husband John R. Brown, Sr.; and her siblings, Elizabeth Brown, Alice Waylett and Kai Rasmussen.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Peabody Funeral Home and Crematorium (15 Birch St, Derry, NH 03038). A Mass was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Episcopal Church (1 Hood Rd, Derry, NH 03038).
