He was predeceased by: his parents, George Blanchette and Rose Blanchette (LeBlanc); his wife Louisa Blanchette (Melcher); and his sister Lucille Gagne. He is survived by: his children, Ellen Kirchner (Bob) of Georgetown, MA, George Blanchette (Joanne) of Ipswich, MA and Joseph Blanchette (Karen) of St. Cloud, FL. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
