Joseph C. Matarozzo Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph C. Matarozzo of Derry, New Hampshire, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 19, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Matarozzo and Celestina Matarozzo (Colorusso); his wife Phyllis K. Matarozzo (Joiner); and his siblings, Michael, John Matarozzo, Teresa Hersey, Carmela Chase, Antoinette Staples (Anne), Marie Thurston (Chickie) and Silvia Costello.

He is survived by: his sons, Joseph M. Matarozzo (Irene) of Derry, Peter J. Matarozzo of Londonderry and Daniel W. Matarozzo (Cathy) of Derry; his grandchildren, Michael, Gina, Angela, Jessica, Joelle, Danny and Calli; and his siblings, James Matarozzo, Ralph Matarozzo, Rita Raiche, Lillian Kennedy and Kathy Leaman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Due to State of NH guidelines, all guests are required to wear masks, minimize contact and maintain social distancing.
