He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Patricia Powers (Durgin) and Francis Powers; his wife Priscilla Powers (Hayward) of Derry; his children, Frank Powers, III (Nicole) of Norton, MA, Amanda Powers of Avon, MA and Rebecca DiFlaminies (James) of Derry; and his siblings, Patricia Davis of Middleboro, MA., Thomas, Joseph and Robert Powers. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren.
