He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Bentley and Katherine Bentley (Pivovar); his sister Marilyn; his brother-in-law Donald Ball; and his nephew Dana Ball.
He is survived by: his nephews, Douglas Ball (Donna) of Londonderry, NH, Daniel Ball of Derry and Darren Ball (Donna Mustone) of Windham, NH; his niece Linda Ball of Derry; and his great-nephews, Jason Ball of Derry, Nathan Ball (April) of Milton, FL, Colby Ball (Tabitha) of Derry, Colin Ball of Derry, Cameron Ball of Derry and Landon Gallant of Derry.
