Christopher Girard Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Christopher Girard (Derry, New Hampshire), born in Yonkers, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 26, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Phillip Thomas Girard. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Mitchell C. Girard, Gretchen Doonan of Dedham, MA and Heidi Noeltner of Sudbury, MA; his brothers, Gregg of Chandler, AZ and Pete of Casa Grande, AZ; and his grandchildren, Connor Doonan, Jacob Girard and Nyala Zaffar.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium (15 Birch St, Derry, NH 03038). A prayer was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Col. Girard requests that he be remembered by random acts of kindness – to people, animals and the Earth.
