She was predeceased by: her parents, Celina Haseltine and Alonzo Haseltine; her husband John Kalpokas; and her siblings, Walter Haseltine, Oscar Haseltine, Mildred Petrillo, Hazel Haseltine, Pearl Haseltine and Albert Haseltine.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Levesque of Haverhill, MA, Karen Morin of Stratham, NH, Joseph Kalpokas (Kathy) of East Derry, NH and John Kalpokas Jr. of Candia, NH; her grandchildren, Bridget, Joseph and Katelynn; her great grandchildren, TJ, Ian and Destiny; and her sister Alice Lindros.
