He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Waite and Stella Sedelmairer (Green); and his children, Thomas Elliott and Kerri Lynne Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Karyl L. Waite (MacLeod); his sons, Todd Elliott (Ellen) of Newport, Timothy Elliott of Manchester and Darrell Waite Laramie of Rhode Island; and his brother Walter Waite of Allenstown. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
