She was predeceased by: her parents, Merton Perkins and Bernice Perkins (McFarland); her husband T. Michael Smith; and her brothers, Merton "Mickey" Perkins and Paul Perkins Bonnie.
She is survived by: her siblings, Cheryl B. Morrill, Laurie L. Desmarais, Penny Perkins, Eugene A. Barnes and Perry Perkins. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
