He was predeceased by: his parents, George Brien and Olive Brien (Chandler); and his siblings, George Brien, Leonard Brien, Carol Jackman and Noreene Paradis.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Brien (Ramsey) of Derry; his sons, Birt E. Brien, Jr. of Merrimack, NH and Robert Brien (Michelle) of Derry; his grandchildren, Cade, Bradley, Nicholas, Trinity, Noah, Anthony, Hannah and Isiah; and his siblings, Danny Brien, Myrtle Garside and Marsha Cancado. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
