He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur E. Welch and Avelda Welch (Riehl); his siblings, Merrill Welch (Bonnie) and Nancy Zeller (Dan); his children, Arthur Welch III (Donna) and Linda Gonzalez (Noe); and his grandchildren, Allison, Zachary, Arthur IV and Leah.
