He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fields and Mary Fields (Murray); and his stepson John Timothy Petrillo. He is survived by: his wife Marie Fields (Petrillo) of Danville; and his grandchildren, Alyssa of Jessica, J. T. and Eric Petrillo. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
