He is survived by: his wife Patricia Field (Kenney); his daughters, Terri Lavoie (Ken Lavoie) of Auburn, NH, Kim Jean (Joe Jean) of Epping, NH and Mindy Potorski (Michael Potorski) of Danville, NH.; his grandchildren, Emilie Riendeau (Lavoie), Jeremy Lavoie, Gerry Potorski and Hayden Potorski; and his siblings, Karen Sue Dulong (Moulton) and Keith Moulton.
The family requests that memorial donations in Jerry's name be made to the Danville Fire Department Association.
