He was predeceased by: his parents, John Starr and Blanche Starr (Howell). He is survived by: his wife Donna Starr (Brienza); his daughter Carly Starr of Danville; his children-in-law, Richard, Rachel Belliveau of Portland, OR, Dennis and Jenny Belliveau of Nottingham, NH; and his sister Nancy Cronk of Summerville, SC. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family suggests that a memorial donation to Granite State Dog Recovery, 7 Dartmouth St., Hooksett, NH, would be in keeping with his wishes.
